You can add as many accounts as you need to your dashboard.
To add a new account to your dashboard press Add account button and enter your Instagram username and password in a pop up dialog.
You can run as many Instagram accounts under one Instagress account as you need. But each Instagram account needs Activity Time in order to run. So your options are: buy one big time package and split it across all your Instagram accounts, or you can buy the same time package for each account, which would qualify you for the Quantity Discount. For more information, check out our blog post.
You can transfer your Activity Time from one account to another by yourself. You can also split your time between accounts and transfer only the desired amount.
To use this feature, you need to open the special Time Transfer dialog. To do so, please click on the Transfer time link under the Buy time package button on your Dashboard page, or you can also find the same link in the More dropdown menu for any of your Instagram accounts.
We offer a discount to customers who manage 5 or more Instagram accounts. Please read more about all available discounts here.
To pay for several Instagram accounts, please mark each username you want to purchase time for during purchasing process.

First of all, we don't offer subscription model. You pay for Activity Time only when you need it, so there's no recurring subscription to cancel.
You can get a refund for an unused Activity Time whenever you want. Just send us a support request and we will process it in 1-2 business days without any questions.
We do not store any of your credit card information but your credit card might be saved by Stripe Checkout system if you selected Remember me option. To refresh your card details stored in Stripe system, please open Stripe Checkout dialog (press Pay with Card button on the checkout page) and if it asks you to enter the verification code press the arrow button at the left-top corner of this dialog to change your card information.

Stop your Activity, disconnect your Instagram account from your dashboard and log out. All your sensitive data such as Instagram session will be automatically deleted after 3 days.
Unfortunately at the moment we do not offer any services for other social networks. But we have plans in further development and first one will be for Twitter.
Our API is still under development and we will inform you in our blog and social media as soon as it will be released. Please, note that there is no any ETA for this feature. It will be released as soon as it will be ready.

Having trouble logging in with your Instagram credentials? These can be the possible reasons:
Wrong username or password
Check that you have not misspelled your username or password. Please, note that you should enter your username without the @ symbol before it.
Two-factor authentication
You have two-factor authentication enabled on your Instagram account. A security code should be sent by Instagram to your mobile number. You need to enter it to complete second authentication step.
Integrity checkpoint
This error means that Instagram is asking you to verify your account. You must be logged in on the Instagram website with your Instagram account to do it.
Instagram login error
It looks like Instagram requires to additionally verify your account. There could be several verification options. Please, login on the Instagram website using your credentials to complete the additional verification.
Instagram password reset
In rare cases Instagram can reset your password when you're trying to login on third-party websites. Go to your email (associated with your Instagram account) and check your inbox/spam folders for a message from Instagram with a password reset link.
